I'm a Design Director specializing in UX, motion design, and several other design disciplines. My core strength lies in teaching how to combine these skills effectively to create cohesive, high-impact digital experiences.
Over the years, I’ve led and trained design teams across various industries—helping them grow, adapt, and consistently deliver better outcomes. With a background in software development, I also bridge the gap between design and engineering, showing designers how to collaborate more efficiently with developers and bring their ideas to life through smooth, cross-functional teamwork.
Design-Upskill is a free training program dedicated to helping selected beginners and career changers take their first confident steps into the design world. I created it after seeing a rise in overpriced, low-quality courses—often led by unqualified instructors—offering little to no feedback and leaving participants without the skills or confirmation needed to succeed. This trend is harming the design job market, and Design-Upskill is my way of offering a more honest, hands-on alternative.This mentorship is voluntary and completely free of charge, but it’s also intensive and hands-on. Participants work on a complex design project with my ongoing feedback and guidance. Only those who complete the project at an industry-ready level receive a certificate of completion.
Photography keeps my eye sharp for detail, light, and visual storytelling—skills that naturally influence how I approach design and how I teach it. Capturing moments through the lens trains you to see composition, emotion, and rhythm in a different way, and I bring that same perspective into UX, motion, and every creative discipline I work with. It's not just a side passion—it’s part of the mindset.
